Dr. Aleksandrs Dorogojs is a board-certified urologist who earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University and completed a residency program in urology.
Dr. Dorogojs’ professional interests include the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, as well as oncological urology.
Dr. Dorogojs has served as a board member of the Latvian Association of Young Doctors. He currently serves as the deputy representative for urology, delegated by the European Junior Doctors (EJD), to the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), and is a member of the European Association of Urology (EAU).
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Dorogojs is involved in the education of future doctors, teaching at Riga Stradiņš University. He is actively engaged in clinical research and has presented papers at numerous international conferences and congresses.
